Analytics privacy
Updated 20 October 2026. This notice covers DOperator measurement on antrdnv.com.

What we measure and why
We measure use of approved public pages to understand the audience and improve this website's content, navigation and performance. We count page loads, selected link clicks, broad source/device/browser/country/language categories, current active browsers, new or returning browser visits and active time on a visible, focused page. Active time pauses after one minute without interaction; it is not proof of attention.
We do not collect names, email addresses, form contents, raw page/referrer URLs, browsing histories across websites or advertising identifiers in this measurement. Each website is kept separate. Browser visits are not identified people; another device or clearing cookies can be counted as new. We do not use this data for advertising, individualized profiles, session replay, marketing attribution or to join it to customer records.
Browser storage and retention
A site-only return marker stores only an expiry day and lasts no more than one year; returning visits do not extend it. A random visit token expires after 30 minutes of inactivity and at most 24 hours after creation. The separate active-browser cookie lasts five minutes without activity. A requested analytics objection is remembered for one year. We use no localStorage, sessionStorage or fingerprint fallback.
Visit and page-stream tokens are hashed separately for this website. Automatic visit records are logically expired after at most 24 hours and removed on the next collection or report. Reports retain daily aggregate page/cohort counts and duration for 365 completed UTC days plus the current collection day. They contain no visit tokens or individual histories. Small visit cells and related cells are hidden; visible visit counts are rounded to tens and average active time to ten seconds. Only completed UTC days are released. Existing page/action counters and current active-browser counts are exact occurrence counts available privately to the website owner.
Providers and legal basis
Framer hosts the website and Cloudflare operates the DOperator collector. The collector's database uses EU jurisdiction. Providers receive network information such as IP addresses and browser headers to deliver and secure their services; our application does not retain raw IP addresses or headers. Provider security processing and recovery copies have their own retention and can involve processing outside the EEA under their contractual safeguards. EU database placement does not mean all network processing stays in the EU. See Framer privacy information and the Cloudflare data processing addendum.
Site-only audience measurement is configured for the applicable audience-measurement exemption from prior consent. Where associated service processing involves personal data, we rely on our legitimate interest in operating, securing and improving this website. This configuration is our documented assessment, not regulator certification.
Your choice and rights
Stop DOperator analytics on this browser. You can later resume analytics. Browser Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track also stop measurement. Blocking storage prevents visit measurement; we do not use another identification method. Opt-out stops future measurements and clears visit markers; already aggregated statistics cannot be linked back to your browser for individual deletion.
Where personal data is processed, you can contact us to exercise applicable access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability and objection rights. You can complain to Latvia's Data State Inspectorate or your competent supervisory authority. You do not need to identify yourself to use the browser opt-out.
